Robert “Joey” Duncan is a retired educator with 27 years of experience both as a teacher and special education director. After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, Joey served in six different school districts over his career, 18 of those years as a Behavior Intervention teacher in the North Kansas City School District. In his free time, Joey enjoys collecting sports cards, following the St. Louis Cardinals, and spending time with his family.

Joey serves the following school districts:  Braymer; Breckenridge; Cameron; DYS (Watkins Mill and Waverly); Great Circle (Cameron); Hamilton; Lawson; Maysville; North Kansas City (High, Hospital Academy, Jacobs Center, Oak Park, Staley, and Winnetonka); Orrick; Osborn; Polo; and Richmond.
