Jennifer Pledger has an Associate of Arts in Teaching from Ozarks Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Missouri State University. She has been a special education teacher in both elementary and high school settings and has taught high school English. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, and traveling with her husband. She is very thankful for the opportunities that working with Pre-ETS gives her in assisting high school students with developing and achieving their goals for employment. Jennifer has been married to Gary for 35 years. They have seven children and seven grandchildren.

Jennifer serves the following school districts: Ava; Bakersfield; Blue Eye; Bradleyville; Branson; Chadwick; Crane; Dora; Forsyth; Gainesville; Galena; Hollister; Hurley; Lutie; and Reeds Spring.
