Jami Troth is a District Continuous Improvement (DCI) consultant for the Heart of Missouri RPDC.

A former elementary teacher and math interventionist, Jami holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Columbia College. She was a member of the Professional Learning Community Leadership team, a mentor teacher, a basketball coach and an eMINTS certified teacher.

As a DCI consultant, Jami serves school districts across the state as part of a collaborative team of consultants from each of the Missouri Regional Professional Development Centers. Jami provides large and small group training in the areas of data-based decision making and developing assessment capable learners, as well as school-based implementation coaching and other practices of focus within the District Continuous Improvement program.
