Bill Fricke is a Pre-ETS Specialist and Regional Coordinator for the South-Central Region. Bill has been with the MU Pre-ETS program since 2016. Previously, he served as a special education teacher and vocational resource educator for Lexington School District. Bill has a master’s degree in Special Education from Truman State University.

Bill serves in the following school districts: Applewood Christian; Clinton (Henry County) Cole Camp; Green Ridge; Henry County-Windsor; LaMonte; Lincoln; Otterville; Pettis; Sacred Heart; Sedalia; Smithton; Sweet Springs; and Warsaw.
