Tamara “Tami” Regan serves as the Director of Business Operations at Mizzou Academy. With 15+ years in the online education industry and being a homeschool graduate herself, she is passionate about alternative education and dedicated to improving student success. Ms. Regan was the 2018 recipient of the MU Chancellor’s 2018 Barbara S. Uehling Award for Administrative Excellence.

 As our Director of Business Operations, Tami directs support services, fiscal operations, and HR processes. She is also responsible for our student information system, Genius/Tiger Portal. With an eye for responsive services, Tami sets the tone and processes for our department accounts, phone system, and in-house proctoring services. She supports partner onboarding and operations through outreach to prospective partners, drafting contracts and MOUs, supporting partner negotiations, processing enrollment and admissions for students and partners, and offering problem-solving and training around Mizzou Academy systems and processes. Tami coordinates with college and campus offices as our Fiscal and HR manager and works with the Executive Director to report on budget and programmatic operations for Mizzou Academy. She also represents Mizzou Academy to external stakeholders in meetings, conferences, and other sessions locally and globally. Tami oversees our Support Services, Human Resources, and Fiscal teams and reports to the Executive Director of Mizzou Academy.
