Michael has a variety of experiences that serve him well as a Pre-ETS Specialist. He has been a teacher at Springfield Catholic Schools and Republic Schools. He has been a head soccer coach. He served as assistant director of admissions – transfer coordinator at Missouri State University and as academic coordinator – student support services at Crowder College. He was also a service coordinator at the Division of Youth Services and a youth specialist and outdoor specialist for Green Gables Lodge and Burrell Behavioral Health. Mike has a B.S. in Outdoor Recreation and a Teacher Certification in Physical Education from Missouri State University and a Master of Science from Southern Illinois University. Mike is enthusiastic about making a difference in the lives of the students he serves.

Mike serves the following schools: Buffalo; Fair Grove; and Springfield Public Schools (Central, Glendale, and Hillcrest).
